Aluminum alloy extruded shapes We are an aluminum extrusion manufacturer located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. We ship nationwide, primarily focusing on the Kansai region, as well as Kanto, Nagoya, Kyushu, and Tohoku. We respond to customer requests as much as possible, from large outer circumferences of cross-sectional shapes to small single weights. At our company, known for its speed of enlightenment, we can deliver new aluminum shapes within an average of 1 to 1.5 months. For existing molds, delivery can be as quick as 2 weeks. Aluminum extruded profiles (A6063S-T5, A6N01S-T5 profiles) Aluminum extruded profiles are materials created by using a pre-prepared mold to extrude molten aluminum alloy, similar to making "tokoroten" (a Japanese noodle-like dish), and then cooling it. (A typical example is aluminum sash frames) Original profiles We design aluminum extruded materials that are not available in standard materials through smooth discussions, and we will manufacture original cross-sectional profiles unique to your company. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing that we have conducted. This work is a structural component made of aluminum (aluminum truss). The assembly part of this work (the protruding shape on the rectangular side) cannot be finished at a right angle due to the wire cutting process, resulting in a shape that inevitably has a radius of 0.3mm from the wire cutting. As a result, there was a problem where the block would float when combined with this component and the block component. By adding a "relief" section to the extrusion mold, we were able to solve the problem with the extrusion molding.
